HOUSE G, PARKTOWN NORTH

Currently under construction, here is some of the design work behind the project which involved a young family who wanted full design input, but limited contracutal and proect management. It will be a phased build for their ‘forever’ family home - a Masterplanning design exercise with limited implementation.

The design involves major landscaping (fill and level) and to this end, the architect’s experience of sequencing of the phases of the renovations was paramount.
